I'll share the joy of SUP, my coast to coast paddleboarding adventure in 2019 where I became the first woman to paddleboard 162 miles from Liverpool to Goole, fundraising for ocean charities The Wave Project and 2MinuteBeachClean.
We will be talking about how much being on, in or near the water means to us and our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I'll also let you know about our film Brave Enough - A Journey Home to Joy and this summer's grand adventure on the canals! Do feel free to ask what it is all about!
