Books: I have contributed to two books on women's health: Sorted by Dr Juliet McGrattan and Menopause: Change for the Better by Deborah Garlick/Henpicked. 

I was asked to share my experience of the benefits of exercise in midlife and for the menopause for both books, encouraging women to realise it is never too late to start and find their own joy. 

I have been invited by a variety of online and in print magazines to write about my story of sobbing in Tesco's in May 2013, overwhelmed and anxious, to finding joy and self confidence in movement and paddleboarding coast to coast in 2019. A few are included below:
