Books: I have contributed to two books on women's health: Sorted by Dr Juliet McGrattan and Menopause: Change for the Better by Deborah Garlick/Henpicked.
I was asked to share my experience of the benefits of exercise in midlife and for the menopause for both books, encouraging women to realise it is never too late to start and find their own joy.
