Earlier this week I was fortunate enough to be invited onto BBC Radio Manchester to speak to Stacey Copeland about Brave Enough - a Journey Home to Joy, my lovely podcast The Joy of SUP, travelling the country to research my book Stand Up Paddleboarding in Great Britain - 30 Beautiful Places to Paddleboard in England, Scotland and Wales.
I am a huge fan of Stacey having met her at Kate Hardcastle's Women in Sport North event in 2019.
Stacey asked such interesting and insightful questions and we talked about how movement and paddleboarding in particular has helped me through a difficult menopause, anxiety, grief, being a single Mum and now empty nesting.
You can listen to our wonderful chat here: at ten mins and fifty mins in:
I'd love to hear your thoughts! Thank you so much Stacey! Jo x

I wanted to try BDG Win Lottery but I’m not sure about the minimum amount required to participate. If anyone has experience, please share how the entry process works.
I wanted to try lottery 7 game online but I’m confused about the difference between playing on the website and using the app. Is the gameplay and result update speed the same on both platforms, or is one better than the other?
I tried ok win game login through the browser but sometimes it loads slowly. Is this normal or does it depend on internet speed? If anyone knows a fix, please share.
I wanted to ask about daman game updates. Does the app update automatically from inside the app, or do users need to manually download the latest version every time? Also, does the update process delete any old data or keep the account information safe?
