Sent with Love! Postcards of Joy - From My Heart to Yours - Stories to Lift Your Soul
I'm so happy to share my brand new newsletter - Postcards of Joy - Stories that Lift Your Soul. From my heart to yours.
You can read Postcard No 1 for January 2021 here.
It's been a spark of an idea for over a year that I have held gently and hopefully whilst I worked out how I could best bring something simple and beautiful to the world.
I know how precious space in our inboxes is and how many demands on our time, energy and attention we all have. So my goal is to bring a few moments of joy, sunshine and positive light to you, with lovely photography and uplifting stories.
There will be film joy, food joy, meeting people who embody joy, drink joy, landscape joy, reading joy, writing joy, adventure joy, creating joy, photographing joy.... there are so many gorgeous things to share with you. Once a month in gently landing in your inbox with gratitude and hope that it will make you smile and lift your soul.
Here are some of the things I shared in my first newsletter: Beautiful quilts by members of a Women's Institute community, a 5 mins ice skating film, an outdoors podcast, the joy of small things in nature, Winnie Poaty, a swimming friend in the Lakes and delicious peppermint tea!
I also shared more about my new podcast The Joy of SUP - the Paddleboarding Sunshine podcast and the film Frit Sarita Tam and I have been working on for the last 19 months, Brave Enough - A Journey Home to Joy.
I do hope you enjoy reading Postcards of Joy - Stories to Lift Your Soul. Please do let me know what you enjoyed the most, what you would like to see more of and also if there is something you would like me to include in future postcards! Please also take a moment to introduce yourself and tell me what is bringing you joy at the moment.
I look forward to hearing from you and don't forget to introduce yourself and tell me what you is bringing you joy at the moment, from my heart to yours, Jo xx
